**30-Day Return Policy:**

– Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

**Return Procedure:**

1. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at store@gibsonstudio.it to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Once your return request is approved, we will ask you to send the product to the return address located on your receipt included with your product.

3. Please securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase, and ship them to the provided return address.

 

**Return Shipping:**

– You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

– We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

**Refunds:**

– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

– If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

 

**Exchanges:**

– We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at store@gibsonstudio.it to arrange for a replacement.
